What to include when you email

If you're asking for a product recommendation, these three things let us give you a real answer instead of a generic one:

• Your main concern — what you'd change about your skin if you could change one thing
• What you're currently using, morning and night
• Any sensitivities, reactions, or prescription skin medications

If your question is about an existing order, include your order number.

A note on urgent concerns

We're not a walk-in medical service and we don't monitor email outside business hours. If you're experiencing a severe reaction — significant swelling, difficulty breathing, or spreading rash — contact your physician or attend your nearest emergency department. In an emergency, call 911.
