We ship across Canada from our clinic in Huntsville, Ontario, to every province and territory.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive tracking by email once your parcel is on its way.
Where we ship
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not currently ship outside Canada. Delivery to remote and northern communities may take longer than the estimates above.
Local pickup
You're welcome to collect your order from the clinic during opening hours — Monday to Saturday, by appointment only. Please wait for your confirmation email before coming in.
Returns & refunds
Change of mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Opened products
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept any skincare that has been opened or had its seal broken. This is standard across medical-grade skincare and exists to protect every customer.
Damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your order does not arrive, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid.

Reactions and sensitivities
If a product causes a genuine adverse reaction, stop using it and contact us. We assess these individually — please get in touch rather than simply returning the product, as we may be able to help you adjust your routine instead.
What we can't accept
- Returns or refunds for change of mind
- Opened or used skincare, or any product with a broken seal
- Gift cards and eGift cards
- Products not purchased directly from The Back Bar
- Claims made more than 7 days after delivery
